Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York in the U.S.A. is an American actress who is known for her portrayal of powerful, but fragile characters. Linney was born into a theatre family, her father, Romulus Linney being a playwright. In 1986, she graduated at Brown University. She then studied Theatre Arts at Arts Theatre School Moscow before graduating from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City 1990. In 1990, she was on Broadway her first performance in 1990.
