Dina Meyer is an New York native who was raised in Forest Hills Queens. She relocated to Dix Hills Long Island just before she finished her junior high. Her siblings include an older brother whose name is Gregory as well as a younger sibling known as Evan. It was her first position within the business. It was her first job between the ages of nine and sixteen. Ron Stetson trained her in the techniques used by Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse. This took about three years. The other actors who received such instruction include Sandra Bullock, Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum, Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton, among other people. She was cast in Beverly Hills,90210 and had move from Los Angeles to take the part. Then, she got the role of the main character in the film Johnny Mnemonic, in which she did almost all of her own stunts and established herself as an athletic actress. She was also represented by Matt LeBlanc, so through her talent agent, she was able to land a regular role in the show Friends.
