Molly she was born in Pennsylvania, began performing professionally in Philadelphia at the Prince Music Theater at 13 years old. Her first performance was The Snow Queen. As part of the Arden Theater production of Into the Woods the actress won a Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. In 2002, she performed the same role as Into the Woods in Broadway when she was 15, and earned a Drama League Award nomination. Molly also performed in Fiddler on the Roof, the Broadway production of Fiddler on the Roof in 2004. Following her graduation from Princeton University, where she graduated with the degree of B.A. with a major in religion. She also became a Triangle Club member, Molly was a student at Princeton University. She then attended Princeton University where she was a member of the Triangle Club. She earned a Bachelor's degree in 2008. In the same time frame she made her acting debut in the role of Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. Molly started her acting career following graduation with Off-Broadway productions which included End Days and The Wonderful Maladys on HBO Pilot. Molly was in a variety of regional plays including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre and Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank. She was Anne. Molly was a part of several regional productions, including The Diary of Anne Frank in Westport Country Playhouse's performance in the year 2010. The play in which she played the teenager daughter Ali.
